Please remember that these were scanned off Polaroid shots that are about 2x3 and more than forty years old. All in all, I think they came out very well! These are the five surviving children of James Madison Holley (1877-1960) and Lydia Jane (Walden) Holley (1881-1961). They are:
Ocie Irene (1900-1988) who married John Howard Galloway (1897-1967)
Grace Helen (1902-1991) who married Howard’s brother, James Lawrence (1901-1985)
Lester Ellis (1905-1987) who married Ruth Gertrude Ealum (1907-1991)
Elza Monroe (1909-1977) who married my Aunt B
Elmer Jerry (1913-2000) who married Vera Maye Harrison (1917-1995)
There was another baby, a still-born girl, in Arkansas City, Kansas, in 1917.
